This page explains what data SellOld collects and what happens to it. Short version: comparing prices is anonymous; your contact details are collected only when you request a pickup, and go only to the platform you chose.

What we collect when you compare

Your questionnaire answers (model, storage, condition) and the prices we showed you. No name, no number, no email, no login, no OTP. We use this to show your results and to count how many phones were compared.

What we collect when you request a pickup

Name, mobile number and pincode — the minimum a platform needs to call you and send someone to your address. We pass these to the one platform you selected, together with your phone's details and the price you saw. We do not sell this data, share it with any other platform, or use it for marketing calls.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising trackers and there is no third-party analytics script on this site.

Where data lives

Data is stored in a managed database (Supabase). Access is restricted to the people who operate SellOld.

Deletion

Email hello@sellold.in with your reference number and we delete your lead details within 7 days.
