A pickup went wrong
Include your reference number (shown when you requested the pickup) and the platform name. We follow up with the platform directly — pickup problems also feed the reliability scores we will publish.
A price looks wrong
Tell us the model, storage and platform. Prices are estimates refreshed on a schedule, so a platform may have moved between refreshes — we correct data errors within a day. How we collect prices is documented on the data methodology page.
Buyback platforms
If you run a buyback platform and want your quotes listed, write to the same address. Listing is free; we charge a fee only when a seller completes a sale through us, and paying us never improves your ranking. Prices sort highest-first, always.
